The Homestead Seafood Festival is marketed to hundreds of thousands of people from all three counties in South Florida including Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Broward county. 

Thousands of attendess are eager to see what you have to offer. 

We strive to be the best, so we ask for the best.

Food, arts, crafts, and amusement vendors are invited to participate.

Food & Merchandise Vendor Setup & Breakdown Schedule 

Please download, complete, and submit the application to the Rotary Club member noted on the application.

*Food vendors must have prior approval and will be billed upon approval.

  • Set Up:
    • Friday, February 28, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Saturday, March 1, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (must be finished by 10:00 AM)
    • Confirm booth spaces and placement
    • Direct food trucks and exhibitors to designated locations
  • Event Hours:
    • Saturday, March 1, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Sunday, March 2, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Breakdown:
    • Sunday, March 2, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    • Monday, March 3, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
